Vetus MV24A1/2 Motorized Ball Valve 24V, 1/2″ Internal Thread
The Vetus MV24A1/2 motorized ball valve is engineered to provide safe, reliable remote operation for marine fluid systems, including seacocks located in difficult or inaccessible positions. Built around an AISI 316 stainless steel ball valve and a robust aluminium actuator housing, the unit delivers long-term durability in demanding onboard environments.
The actuator produces a torque of 40 Nm and incorporates fully metal gears and transmission components, ensuring dependable performance under load. The valve is ignition protected to ISO 8846 Marine standards, making it suitable for installation inside engine rooms without explosion risk. The actuator is lubricated for life during normal operation and protected by an integrated thermal overload system.
Remote operation is possible via Vetus ELVPAN24 control switches or the WWCP waste water control panel (sold separately). This 1/2″ version is suitable for smaller-diameter water, waste water and diesel fuel lines where automated flow control is required.
